3. Subscriptions & Billing

Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period at the then-current rate until canceled. You may cancel at any time from your account settings or the Stripe billing portal; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial periods except where required by law.

4. Content License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to stream our content for personal, non-commercial use while your subscription is active. You may not download, copy, redistribute, or publicly perform any content.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to share your account, circumvent access controls, scrape content, or interfere with the service. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

6. Disclaimers & Liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim arising from your use of the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
