What we collect

When you create an account we collect your email, username, and display name. When you subscribe, Stripe processes your payment details on our behalf — we never see or store your full card number. We also log basic usage data (IP address, device info, watch history) to operate and secure the service.

How we use it

We use your data to provide the service: authenticating you, delivering video, managing your subscription, sending transactional emails (receipts, password resets, new-content alerts), and detecting abuse. We do not sell your personal data.

Third parties

We rely on a small set of processors to run the platform: Stripe (payments), our CDN provider (video delivery), and our email provider (transactional mail). Each handles only the data needed for its function.

Your choices

You can update your profile, change your password, or cancel your subscription at any time from your account page. You may request deletion of your account by emailing [email protected]; we will remove your personal data within 30 days, retaining only what we must for legal or accounting reasons.

Cookies

We use cookies and local storage to keep you signed in and to remember your preferences. Essential cookies cannot be disabled without breaking the service.

Security

Passwords are hashed, sessions use signed tokens, and all traffic is encrypted in transit. No system is perfectly secure — please use a strong, unique password and let us know if you see anything suspicious.
